What the service is

A digital cartography platform: buy a 10×10m H3 hexagon, pin a manifesto, and join a real-time emotional heat map of the planet. Hexagons are unique and non-transferable.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in USD by surge tier (Pioneer through Saturated). Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record — they handle taxes. A successful payment grants you the hex with a 1-hour editable window for your manifesto, after which the manifesto becomes immutable.

Content rules

You are responsible for what you write. We do not allow:

• Content that violates applicable laws in your or our jurisdictions.
• Threats, harassment, incitement to violence, doxxing.
• Anything sexually explicit involving minors — automatic permanent ban + report to NCMEC.
• Coordinates inside OFAC-sanctioned territories are blocked at the API level.

Pin content is screened by automated moderation (OpenAI Moderation) within the editable window. Flagged content goes to human review; you'll receive an email if a pin is rejected. Decisions can be appealed.

Refunds

30-day refund window from purchase. Refunded pins return to the market as available. Chargebacks immediately void the pin and may suspend the account pending review.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makode LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Maximum direct liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes go to arbitration in Wyoming, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
