Data we collect

• Account: email, name, phone (optional), preferred language, password hash.
• Geographic claims: H3 hex index, latitude/longitude, region tier of pins you buy.
• Payments: transaction metadata via Lemon Squeezy (we never store card numbers).
• Manifesto text and AI-assigned sentiment of pins you publish.
• Telemetry: aggregated event analytics and crash reports (only if you accept cookies).

Sub-processors

• Lemon Squeezy — Merchant of Record — handles payment and tax.
• AWS SES — Transactional email delivery.
• OpenAI + Anthropic — Content moderation and sentiment classification on published manifestos.
• Sentry + PostHog — Crash reports and product analytics (consent-gated).
• Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, R2 tile storage.

Your rights

You can exercise these rights free of charge:

• Access — see a summary of what we hold about you.
• Portability — download your data in machine-readable JSON.
• Erasure — request hard deletion (30-day grace period; financial records preserved anonymously for fiscal audit).
• Rectification — edit your profile from your account settings.
• Object — withdraw consent for analytics anytime via the cookie banner or Privacy settings.

Most rights can be exercised self-service via your Privacy panel under Account. For anything else, email privacy@pinyourvoice.com — we respond within 15 days (LGPD) / 30 days (GDPR).

Retention

Account data: while your account is active and 30 days after deletion request. Transaction records: 5 years (fiscal compliance, anonymized). Audit log of administrative actions: 5 years (compliance, anonymized after account deletion). Email suppression list: permanent (anti-spam).
